Authorisation

1. Initiate Integration

  • Click on the "Integrate" or "Automate" button on your monday.com board.

2. Access Integrations

  • Click on "Integrations" to open the integrations panel.

3. Search for WooCommerce

  • In the search field, type "WooCommerce" and select it from the results.

4. Use the WooCommerce Template

  • Click on "Use template" to select the receipe you would like to add to your board. This will prompt you through the Authorisation process.

5. Connect Your Store

  • Click on "Connect store" to link your WooCommerce store with monday.com.

6. Enter WooCommerce URL

  • In the field provided, paste your WooCommerce store URL.

7. Authorize the Integration

  • Click on the "Authorize" button to start the authorization process.

  • You will be redirected to WooCommerce to grant the necessary permissions. Click "Approve" to continue.

8. Return to Monday.com

  • After approving the integration, click "Return to Monday.com" to complete the setup.

 

You have now successfully authorized the integration between Monday.com and WooCommerce! Your systems are now connected, allowing for a seamless flow of information between your e-commerce platform and project management tool.

 

You can repeat steps 5-7 to add additional Woocommerce stores, allowing you to sync orders from multiple locations. If you have Wordpress multisite enabled, you will need to connect each of the network sites.

When an order is created on store, create an item for each order line item and sync changes from Woocommerce.

1. Initiate Integration

4. Use the WooCommerce Template

5. Configure the Recipe

  • When you have returned from the Authorisation process, select the store that you wish to listen to updates from

  • After selecting the store, map the order/line item properties to your board columns

  • Select "Done" after you have finished mapping your columns, and select "Add to Board" in the bottom right hand corner of your screen

6.Success

  • You have now successfully added the recipe to your board. A new item will be created for each line item, in every order that is placed on your store.

When status changes to something update order status in store

1. Initiate Integration

  • Click on the "Integrate" or "Automate" button on your monday.com board.

2. Access Integrations

  • Click on "Integrations" to open the integrations panel.

3. Search for WooCommerce

  • In the search field, type "WooCommerce" and select it from the results.

4. Use the WooCommerce Template

  • Click on "Use template" to select the receipe you would like to add to your board. This will prompt you through the Authorisation process. If you need assistance on the Authorisation process, please check out the Authorisation section above

5. Configure the Recipe

  • When you have returned from the Authorisation process, select the status column that should trigger the update to the order

  • Select the status value that should trigger the update to the order

  • Select the Store which the order should belong to

  • Select the order status that the order should be set to. Note: This includes any custom statuses that you order plugins have created on your store

  • Select "Done" after you have finished mapping your columns, and select "Add to Board" in the bottom right hand corner of your screen

6.Success

  • You have now successfully added the recipe to your board. A new item will be created for each line item, in every order that is placed on your store.

 

 

 

When a customer is created on store, create an item and sync changes from Woocommerce.
